Leadership and Program Development
- Founded a youth leadership development program. (Educating Future Leaders) Developed, market, manage, and facilitate leadership development and mentoring programs to support dropout prevention. i.e. summer camps, leadership identity workshops, coaching and mentoring, team building, personal responsibility, emotional intelligence, and diversity awareness.
- Assisted the Leadership Development Specialist at Western Washington University in developing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive leadership development program for a diverse population of students and staff.
- Trained volunteers and Interns in leadership and program development that enabled them to connect with youth and the community. Attend networking events, built relationships with diverse groups of faculty, staff, community members and students to unite each other to build a brighter future.
- Co-facilitate a student leadership program that serves and interacts with a diverse student population at Western Washington University, Bellingham High School student groups, and other student groups.
- Facilitate leadership development programs for numerous organizations including; Educating Future Leaders, Vision Quest, Boys and Girls Club, and Klemmer and Associates.
- Served as lead facilitator guiding groups through ropes course activities at WWU’s Challenge Course and Outdoor Adventures Youth Camp. Teach effective leadership, goal setting, safety, teamwork, communication, creative problem solving, building trust, group development, and experiential based education.
- Facilitated leadership development modules for professional staff at WWU campus and Bellingham High School.
- Planned, implemented, and facilitated programs for The Boys & Girls Club that encouraged youth development with a focus on the mind, body, and soul.

- Created an interactive leadership development presentation using a variety of multimedia software that combines movie clips, content, and experiential learning activities for the Residence Halls at Western.
- Created a leadership coaching curriculum for young adults and adults for participating in a ten week personal coaching program.
- Researched and created documents to support Leadership Whatcom’s ten-week professional leadership development program.
